Delhi airport and Qutub Minar

This the new terminal (terminal 3) of New Delhi airport.

These are Hastas which I saw in the Delhi airport at the arrival
point.

These are rockets which I saw At the exit. The Delhi airport was so clean
with travellators (flat escalators)..I was shocked to see a metro station in
Terminal 3 of Indira gandhi international airport

Qutub Minar - Angle seen by Ashish anna.it was huge and was very nice to see....

This is the iron pillar which has not rusted till date!!!!!!!!!

Delhi was hot and was a nice place to visit.
if anyone gets time please visit Delhi...... :)

Japan's Tsunami

The Tsunami which occurred from the Pacific Ocean had devastated the
whole coastline of Northern Tokyo on 11th March 2011. Some countries
near tokyo have also been warned for a massive earthquake.

This is the airport.People had rushed to the top floor and some had saved their lives.

I feel pity for them.
It might take years for them to recover.
This is happening because of the moon which is now going to come 300000 km near to the earth on 19th of March.

One day after the Tsunami a picture has been taken in Sendai where they can see all the aeroplanes, cars and ships on the land!!!!!!!

There are Tsunami alerts even for Russia and Indonesia.

Now President Barack Obama is also trying to help Japan recover.

Everyone should help!!!!

Donna Simpson, who is at 46 stone (296kg) the heaviest woman on earth, on Saturday tucked into the world's biggest Christmas dinner.She ate two huge turkeys, two maple glazed hams, 15 pounds of potatoes and 20 pounds of mixed veg swimming in four pints of gravy. She found room for a dessert of ambrosia salad.

Donna, 43, who is 5ft 2ins and wears a dress size XXXXXXL, said:The festive season is a time to eat, drink and be merry. I eat as much as I want but at this time of the year I really go all out. Christmas should give you carte Blanche to do whatever you want. People who feel guilty about eating are hilarious.
On Saturday she spent two hours eating while her three-year-old-daughter Jacqueline and son Devin, 14, enjoyed a more modest roast. She said after wards "It's not Christmas if you don't feel stuffed at lunch."

Donna is frustrated that she can't eat more as she aims to up her weight to 71 stone in a bid to smash her current Guinness world record. Her doctor warned her that she will die if she continues her quest. She said, everybody says I'm sick........people stare at me. But I'm a good mum. It's fun to overeat and I am proud to say I do. "

India's Independence Day is celebrated on 15 August to commemorate its independence from British rule and its birth as a sovereign nation on that day in 1947.[1] The day is a national holiday in India. All over the country, flag-hoisting ceremonies are conducted by the local administration in attendance. The main event takes place in New Delhi, where the Prime Minister hoists the national flag at the Red Fort and delivers a nationally televised speech from its ramparts. In his speech, he highlights the achievements of his government during the past year, raises important issues and gives a call for further development. The Prime Minister also pays his tribute to leaders of the freedom struggle.

The Prime Minister of India hoists the Indian flag on the ramparts of the historical site, Red Fort, Delhi, on August 15. 15 August is a national holiday in India. Government Offices are lit up. Flag hoisting ceremonies and cultural programs take place in all the state capitals. In the cities around the country the national flag is hoisted by politicians in their constituencies. In various private organizations the flag hoisting is carried out by a senior official of that organization.All over the country, flags are given out to citizens who wear them proudly to show their patriotism towards India. Schools and colleges around the country organize flag hoisting ceremonies and various cultural events within their premises, where younger children in costume do impersonations of their favourite characters of the Independence era.They also have a parade. Families and friends get together for lunch or dinner, or for an outing. Housing colonies, cultural centres, clubs and societies hold entertainment programs and competitions, usually based on the Independence Day theme. The Karate Kid

We went to 'THE KARATE KID' on 3rd July. The movie was very nice.

This story is about a 12 Year-old boy Dre Parker (Jaden Smith), who moves to China with his Mother. He went to a school the next day near his house where his Senior fights with him for no reason.He got hurt badly.He wanted to learn Kung fu in a nice place,but the senior who had fought with him was learning Karate there.He had no idea except to leave the thought of learning kung fu.Suddenly when a serviceman(Jackie Chan) fights with the senior of Dre Parker.Dre Parker wanted to learn Kung fu with him.The senior and Dre Parker take a challenge for the tournament of karate.

Mr. Haun (Jackie Chan) teaches him Kung Fu starting from removing and wearing the Jacket.He teaches that everything is Kung Fu.He gets irritated by removing and wearing the Jacket.Mr.Haun(Jackie Chan)shows the place where a snake can imitate a woman in Kung Fu.The teacher he can never forget.

At last with hard work he wins the tournament of Karate with his Senior.See the trailor down:

Times of India. Glad to see it has been edited by our beloved
principle mam,teachers and co students.

There was an interview with our respected chairman Mr.Komariah sir who is also the chairman of Shalivahana group of companies. This interview was taken by a student of
Pallavi, Sanjana Nagi and the ex Head boy Sai Chaitanya and Padma Singh mam.

In the School Report "The Pallavi Merry-go-round" tells us about
the reading sessions to school outing and teacher's workshops.

A.s Apoorva a student of class 9Th has written about different
ethnic groups, varied cultures and different languages offers
vivid colours in Indian wedding ceremonies.

Article about Saree's was written by a student of 10Th class, Mahathi.A.

It is very cheerful to see our school's special edition of

There is an apartment and in all the floors there is gold. There are 20 floors. A thief came to this apartment and went to floor no1,no2,no3,no4,no5,no6,no7,no8,no9,no10,no11,no12,no13,no14,no15,no16,no18,no19 and at last to no20..Why did he not go to the floor no17?????????????

there is an old lady and her home.near her home are full electric shocks.Next there is a hospital and then a flower shop.........

this old lady wants to go to the flower shop .How will she go?if she goes out she will get shock,wat should she do??????????????????????

ans:This old lady go to till the hospital, she has got shock also but here she has come to the hospital so they will give treatment and she will go to the flower shop in a wheel chair........................

A MEMORABLE TRIP TO MY FAVORITE SRILANKA

After coming back from Srilanka we used to talk much about the
place where lived and every time we finish it with
"WE MISS U SRILANKA".

After 1 1/2 years we got a chance to visit sl again, that
too with teju and banu akka. Teju is my best friend.
They both are amma's friend annapoorna aunty's daughters.

The fun started from chennai airport itself. Together
we enjoyed, enjoyed...so much.

A trip to kathargama holy aboard of muruga, stay in
beach resort, purchasing, meeting my classmate,
speaking to my old class teacher and meeting with
our beloved Ms.Neetu... all in my sweet memories,
which refreshed us.

This is the sand castle i made.

We love the tender coconut in srilanka. Here is the
one for u too.. :))

We could't forget the stay in GALLE FACE HOTEL.
There food was superb.... had aappam,string hoppers,
my favourite donut,mmmm

There one Mr.Kuttan was working for the past 60 years.
He is 81 now and still briskly working as a gatekeeper.

DESERT GARDEN AND MUCH MORE IN NTR GARDEN

NTR GARDEN IS SITUATED NEAR PRASADS IMAX THEATRE.
WE HAD A GR8 EVENING THERE YESTERDAY.

I enjoyed the 3D movie show which lasted for
10 minutes.

The toy train trip was a jolly ride.

The train entering into the station.

I have read about the plants which grwo in desert.
First time i saw all of them in a garden.

Cactus, caseitose all varieites where there.

A big cactus with thorns scared me.

We walked thru the big garden nice to play with
amma and nana. Pinni(mother's cousin sis) also
accompanied us. We all enjoyed. I love the
fragrance of the marygold flower's smell
which is surrouned in NTR GARDENS.
